OWI:
At 9:21 PM, Deputies stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation in the N900 block of STH 69, Town of Clarno. After an investigation, Cyndle R Wilkens, 33, Monroe, was arrested for OWI 1st (alcohol) with a passenger under the age of 16. She was jailed at the Green County Jail for a Probation Violation.
