The following events occurred on May 30, 2025:

All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

"Pursuant to the directive of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicity, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.”

MVC - Property damage:

At 7:39 AM, deputies responded to the W100 block of STH 59, in the Village of Albany for a two vehicle crash. A vehicle operated by Charles D Menehan, 65, of Brodhead was westbound on STH 59 when he attempted to make a right turn. As he did so, a vehicle operated by Khushdeep Singh, 21, of Brodhead, attempted to pass on the right side, causing a collision. All occupants were not injured, they were wearing seatbelts, and there was no airbag deployment. Both vehicles sustained functional damage.  Khushdeep was cited for unsafe passing on the right. He was released with a court date.
