The following events occurred on May 10, 2025:

All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Warrant Arrest

At 6:45 PM, Deputies responded to the 200 block of W. South St., in the Town of Cadiz, for a reported civil dispute.  The investigation resulted in Randy L. Boeck, 65, of Browntown, being placed under arrest for an active arrest warrant through Rock County.   Deputies later met with Rock County Sheriff’s Deputies, who took custody of Boeck.  

Operating While under the Influence

At 8:15 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving violation in the W6900 block of STH 11, in the Town of Clarno.   The investigation resulted in the driver, Gabriel Alexander Caballero Talavera, 36, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence.  Caballero Talavera was additionally cited for Operating without a Valid Driver’s License, Operating Left of Center, and Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration.  Caballero Talavera was later released pending court.
