Operating While under the Influence
At 1:15 AM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving violation in the N2400 block of CTH S, in the Town of Jefferson. The investigation resulted in the driver, Matthew W. Condon, 56, of Juda, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence and cited for Possession of THC. Condon was later released pending court.
Criminal Arrest
At 11:08 PM, Deputies responded to the W8800 block of Smock Valley Rd., in the Town of Jordan, for a reported disturbance. The investigation resulted in Cortnee R. Martinez, 39, of Browntown, being placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Battery (domestic abuse related). Martinez was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
