The following events occurred on March 23, 2025:

All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

MVC - Property Damage:

2:06 p.m., Deputies responded to the N7300 block of STH 69, Town of New Glarus, for a two-vehicle crash with no injuries.  Victor H White, 70, Cottage Grove MN, was attempting to enter the northbound lane of travel from a private drive.  White pulled out in front of a northbound vehicle operated by Mary F Guider, 30, Monroe, causing the vehicles to collide and enter the southbound lane of travel.

White and his passenger reported wearing their seatbelts and were uninjured.  White's vehicle sustained functional damage with no airbag deployment, and was driven from the scene.  Guider reported wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured. Guider's vehicle sustained disabling damage with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene.

White was cited for Fail To Yield Right of Way from Stop Sign, and was released pending court.

The following event occurred on March 22, 2025:

MVC - Personal Injury:

At 6:38 AM deputies responded to a rollover motor vehicle crash in the N7200 block of CTH E, Town of Albany.  After an investigation, it was found that Cameron J Kleiboer, 20, Brooklyn,  was northbound when he failed to negotiate a curve, crossed the center line, and lost control in the west shoulder.  The vehicle re-entered the roadway, and slid across the roadway and entered the east ditch.  The vehicle struck the embankment, went airborne and rolled several times before coming to rest.  Cameron had initially fled the scene.  He reported to not be wearing a seatbelt and sustained injuries.  The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.  There was no airbag deployment. This crash is still under investigation.
