ACCIDENT- PI
At approximately 1:29 pm, Deputies, along with Dane County Sheriff’s Office, Brooklyn First Response, and Brooklyn EMS responded to the N8400 block of Sandy Hook Rd., in the Town of Brooklyn for a report of a vehicle vs. guard rail crash. An investigation revealed that a vehicle, operated by Alice J. Elliott, 16, of Brooklyn was traveling northbound on Sandy Hook Rd and swerved to miss a deer on the roadway, entered the ditch, and collided with a guard rail.. Elliott reported a possible injury, was wearing her seatbelt, and the vehicle had airbag deployment. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
