The following events occurred on March 12, 2025:

All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

MVC - Personal Injury:

At 6:54 AM, Cindy Marsh, 50, Monroe, was northbound in the N3700 block of STH 69, Town of Monroe, when a deer entered the roadway and collided with her vehicle.  Cindy reported wearing her seatbelt, and sustained possible injury.  The vehicle sustained disabling front damage with combination airbag deployment and was towed from the scene.  The deer was euthanized on the west shoulder of the roadway.

MVC - Personal Injury:

At 7:45 PM, Chad a Mathys, 52, Argyle, was southbound in the N6900  block of CTH A, Town of Adams, when a deer entered the roadway and collided with his vehicle.  Chad reported wearing his seatbelt and had a possible injury to his knee.  There was combination airbag deployment.  The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.  The deer was deceased on the north shoulder.
