Motor Vehicle Crash – Property Damage
At 9:43 AM, Deputies responded to the intersection of STH 11 and STH 81, in the Town of Spring Grove, for a reported two vehicle crash without injury. The investigation found that Keegan R. Elsner, 19, of Brodhead, was traveling eastbound on STH 11 and stopped at a stop sign. Another vehicle traveling behind Elsner, driven by Kathleen M. Goecks, 67, of Juda, then collided with the rear of Elsner’s vehicle. Elsner and Goecks both reported wearing their seatbelts and were uninjured. Both vehicles involved sustained functional damage, with no airbag deployment, and were driven from the scene. Goecks was cited for Inattentive Driving and released pending court.
Probation Violation
At 10:53 AM, Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th St. (Probation & Parole), in the City of Monroe, where Cody A. Kirschbaum, 36, of Albany, was placed under arrest for a Probation Violation. Kirschbaum was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
