ACCIDENT-PD
At 10:01 AM, Deputies responded to the N5100 blk of CTH M, Adams Township, for a two vehicle crash. Investigation found that a vehicle operated by, Nathan T. Kindschi, 24, of Monroe, was traveling north on CTH M and slowing to turn into a private driveway. A second vehicle operated by, Kenyon B. Erickson, 31, of Argyle, was traveling north of CTH M. Erickson attempted to avoid the vehicle, but struck the rear end of Kindschi's vehicle. Both advised they were not injured and were wearing seatbelts. Kindschi vehicle sustained functional damage and was driven from the scene. Erickson's vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Erickson was cited for failure to maintain control.
