The following events occurred on January 12, 2025:

All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

MVC - Property Damage:

At 10:13 AM, Deputies responded to W1200 block of Ten Eyck Rd, Town of Decatur, for a cell phone crash detection call.  Keith Meier, 62, Brodhead, was westbound when his vehicle ran off the roadway, striking a ditch. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, but there was no airbag deployment.  Meier and his passenger reported wearing their seatbelts and were uninjured.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Disorderly Conduct:

At 12:15 PM, Deputies responded to a disturbance in the W2200 block of CTH EE, in the Town of Albany. The investigation revealed a verbal and physical altercation occurred between spouses, Cynthia T Zeratsky, 64, and Arthur J Zeratsky, 62. The investigation resulted in charges for domestic related disorderly conduct for both parties being referred to the District Attorney's Office.
