Operating While under the Influence

At 1:45 AM, Deputies conducted checked on a suspicious vehicle in the N2300 block of Allen Rd., in the Town of Cadiz.  The investigation resulted in the driver, David J. Oliver, 24, of Browtown, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence.  Oliver was additionally cited for Possession of Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle and Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration.  Oliver was later released to a responsible party pending court. 

Criminal Arrest

At 9:26 AM, Deputies responded to the W3800 block of Exeter Crossing Rd., in the Town of Exeter, for a reported disturbance.  The investigation resulted in William G. Biehle, 44, of Belleville, being placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Battery, falling under the Wisconsin Domestic Abuse laws.  Biehle was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
