Operating While under the Influence

At 9:16 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for Impeding Traffic in the W1100 block of STH 11, in the Town of Spring Grove.  The investigation resulted in the driver, Jesus Villalva Dia, 47, of Brodhead, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence.   Dia was additionally cited for Unsafe Lane Deviation.  Dia was later released to a responsible party pending court.

At 11:51 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for Speeding in the W1800 block of STH 11, in the Town of Spring Grove.  The investigation resulted in the driver, Brianna G.M. Ritter, 30, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence.  Ritter was additionally cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration and Speeding.  Ritter was later released to a responsible party pending court.
