Motor Vehicle Crash – Personal Injury
At 10:23 PM, Deputies responded to the W1000 block of STH 92, in the Town of Brooklyn for a one vehicle crash with injuries. The investigation found that the driver, Patrick W. Glaeser, 65, of Albany, was traveling westbound when he traveled onto the shoulder, overcorrected then entered the north ditch, where he struck an embankment and the vehicle overturned. Glaeser advised he was wearing his seatbelt and sustained a possible injury. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. Glaeser was cited for Failure to Maintain Control pending court.
