Drug/Narcotic Violation
At 1:42 AM, Deputies responded to the 100 block of W. Main St., in the Village of Albany, for a report of a subject causing a disturbance. The investigation resulted in the subject, Shaun L. Koss 43, of Albany, being cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Koss was later released pending court.
