Operating While under the Influence
At 1:02 AM, Deputies, Albany Fire Department, and Albany EMS responded to the N4900 block CTH E, in the Town of Decatur, for a one vehicle crash with unknown injuries. It was determined that the driver, Adam T. Menehan, 39, of Brodhead, was traveling northbound when he lost control of the vehicle and entered a field to the west of the roadway. The vehicle then overturned and came to a rest. The investigation resulted in Menehan being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence (first offense). Menehan was later released pending court.
