Bail Jumping

At 9:02 AM, Deputies responded to the W3000 block of CTH F, in the Town of Mt. Pleasant, for a reported bond condition violation.  The investigation resulted in Dalton A. Lehr, 56, of Monticello, being placed under arrest for Bail Jumping (felony).  Lehr was later transported to the Green County Jail pending court. 

Accident – Property Damage

At 1:26 PM, Deputies, Browntown Fire, and Browntown First Response responded to the W7800 block of Smock Valley Rd., in the Town of Jordan, for a single vehicle crash.  The investigation found that the driver, Kelly R. Hill, 62, of Monroe, was traveling westbound when she swerved to avoid a deer.  Hill then traveling into the south ditch to an embankment where she collided with a tree.  Hill advised she was uninjured and wearing her seatbelt.  Hill’s vehicle sustained disabling damage, with no airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene.
