The following events occurred on February 18, 2024:

All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Domestic Abuse

At 12:39 PM, Deputies responded to the N200 block of Hartman Rd., in the Town of Spring Grove, for a domestic disturbance.   The investigation resulted in Jamie L. Splinter, 38, of Brodhead, being placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct, Battery, and Criminal Damage to Property, all falling under the Wisconsin Domestic Abuse law.  Wisconsin Department of Corrections also placed a Probation Hold on Splinter.   Splinter was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending an initial court appearance. 

Bail Jumping

At 5:43 PM, Deputies responded to the 300 block of N. Mechanic St., in the Village of Albany, for a reported incident of a bond condition violation.  The investigation resulted in Eric A. Calkins, 37, of Albany, being placed under arrest for Felony Bail Jumping.  Calkins was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending an initial court appearance.
