OWI
At 11:08 p.m., Deputies responded to a report of a single vehicle in the ditch in the N5100 block of CTH E, Town of Albany. Investigation resulted in, Chad Garthwaite, 52, of Brodhead, being arrested for OWI (2nd offense). Chad was released to a responsible party pending a mandatory court appearance.
