The following events occurred on September 8, 2023:

OWI:
On 09/09/2023 at 2:48 a.m., Deputies responded to the W500 block of County Highway C, in the Town
of Brooklyn, for the report of a vehicle in the ditch. Investigation resulted in the driver, Jesus P. Marquez-
Garcia, 42 of Madison being arrested for Operating While Under the Influence (1 st -Alcohol). Garcia was
further cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration and Failure to Control Vehicle.
Garcia was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending release to a responsible party.
