The following events occurred on July 20, 2023:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
PROBATION VIOLATION:
At 1:49 p.m., Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th Street, in the City of Monroe, to assist Department of Corrections Agents. Investigation resulted in Mark A. Elmer, 47 of Monroe being placed under arrest for a Probation Violation. Elmer was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
DRUG/NARCOTIC VIOLATION:
At 8:16 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a speed violation in the N300 block of State Highway 69, in the Town of Clarno. Investigation resulted in the driver, Maxwell T.F. Haffele, 20 of Monroe being cited for Possession of THC, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possess Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle. Haffele was released pending court.
