The following events occurred on July 15, 2023:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
DRUG/NARCOTIC VIOLATION:
At 7:28 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a speed violation in the N6300 block of State Highway 104, in the Town of Albany. Investigation resulted in a passenger, Demetria C. Fitzpatrick, 33 of Madison being cited for Possession of THC. Fitzpatrick was released pending court.
OWI:
At 9:23 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the W4800 block of State Highway 11, in the Town of Sylvester, for traveling 86 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone. Investigation resulted in the operator, Orlin A. Lopez Quintanilla, 24 of Darlington being arrested for Operating While Under the Influence (2nd- With a passenger under the age of 16). Quintanilla was further cited for speeding, Violation of Child Safety Restraint-Child Under 4 years old, and Operating without a Valid License. Quintanilla was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
