The following events occurred on April 26, 2023:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
WARRANT ARREST:
At 2:30 p.m., in the 2800 block of 6th Street, in the City of Monroe, Deputies took Robyn N. Flannery, 39 of Apple River into custody on a warrant through Green County. Flannery was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH-INJURY:
On 04/27/23 at 1:07 a.m., Deputies along with Albany EMS and Albany Fire Department responded to the N5600 block of State Highway 104, for a vehicle versus cow crash. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Kittana R. Kulig, 22 of Johnson Creek was traveling southbound when she collided with a cow in the roadway. Kulig reported non-life-threatening injuries, was wearing her seatbelt, and the airbags deployed. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
