Operating While under the Influence
At 9:00 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation in the N4200 block of CTH S, in the Town of Sylvester. The investigation resulted in the driver, Travis W. Roth, 32, of Juda, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence. Roth was additionally cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration (greater than .15). Roth was later released to a responsible person pending court.
