Traffic Crime

At 3:35 AM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a speeding violation in the W4100 block of STH 11, in the Town of Jefferson.  The investigation resulted in the driver, Earl F. Rogers, 40, of Janesville, being cited for Operating After Revocation (due to an alcohol offense) and Failure to Install an Interlock Ignition Device.  Rogers was later released pending court.

Operating While under the Influence

At 9:26 PM, Deputies responded to the W8100 block of Apple Grove Rd., in the Town of Adams for a welfare check.  The investigation resulted in Charles W.M. Rufi, 20, of Arygle, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence.  Rufi was additionally cited for Operating After Revocation (due to an alcohol offense).  Rufi was later released to a responsible person pending court.
