Operate While Under the Influence

At 12:18 am, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 blk of 8th St., in the City of Monroe for operating in the center lane of a 3 lane highway.  The investigation resulted in the driver, Adam J. Grunder, 40, of Monroe, being arrested for Operating While Under the Influence.  Grunder was additionally cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration and operating in the center lane of a 3 lane highway.  Grunder was later released to a responsible party and given a mandatory court date.

Disorderly Conduct

At 8:54 pm, Deputies responded to the 300 blk of E. Highland Ave., in the Village of Monticello for a report of two male individuals in the street yelling and fighting.  Deputies investigation resulted in Zachary E. Henry, 28, of Albany, being cited for having open intoxicants in a vehicle.  Timothy L. Rock, 28, of Monticello, was cited for disorderly conduct.  Both parties received non mandatory court dates.  Monticello EMS and Green County EMS also assisted on the call.
