The following events occurred on  September 11, 2025:

All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

"Pursuant to the directive of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicity, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.”

MCV - Personal Injury:

At 4:54 PM, Justin J Everson, 38, Albany, reported that he was eastbound on CTH F, and about to exit onto Purintun Rd, Town of Mt Pleasant, when he observed a westbound vehicle on CTH F approaching the curve/intersection.  Justin advised he applied the rear brake and lost control.  The motorcycle he was driving laid down on the right side and he was ejected.  Justin reported wearing a full-face helmet and protective clothing.  He complained of minor injuries.  The motorcycle sustained functional right side damage and was trailered from the scene.
