The following events occurred on September 6, 2025:
All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
"Pursuant to the directive of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicity, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.”
ATV Violation:
At 12:55AM, deputies, GC EMS and Monticello FD, responded to the N6500 block of CTH N, Town of Washington, for a 911 crash alert. Tierany K Stampfli, 24, Browntown, was turning southbound onto CTH N from CTH C when she lost control of the UTV she was operating. The UTV exited the east side of the roadway and overturned. Stampfli sustained minor injuries and reported wearing a seatbelt. She was arrested for Operating a UTV under the influence, 1st offense - alcohol. She was also cited for Operating a UTV with a BAC .08 and over, and Operate a UTV Without an Operator Safety Course. Tierany was later released to a responsible party. The UTV sustained functional damage and was removed from the scene.
MVC - Personal Injury:
At 8:12 AM, deputies responded to the GRSO lobby to take a report of a crash that occurred in the N6100 block of STH 69, in the Town of Mt Pleasant at approximately 6:00 AM. A vehicle operated by Inmer N Gonzalez, 25, Monroe, was northbound when the vehicle was rear-ended by a vehicle operated by Alberto Lobato Garcia, 44, Freeport. Inmer claimed a possible injury, reported he was wearing his seatbelt, and there was no airbag deployment. Alberto and his passenger were not injured, reported they were wearing seatbelts, and there was no airbag deployment. Both vehicles sustained functional damage. Inmer was cited for Operating Without a license. Alberto was cited for Failure to Notify Law Enforcement of a Crash. Both were released with a court date.
