Motor Vehicle Crash – Property Damage
At 12:38 PM, Deputies responded to the W500 block of English Settlement Rd., in the Town of Albany, for a reported two vehicle crash without injuries. The investigation found that Benjamin D. Leake, 28, of Brooklyn, was backing into the westbound lane when he collided with a vehicle driven by Jennifer J. Boeck, 52, of Albany. Leake and Boeck advised they were uninjured and wearing their seatbelts. Both vehicles involved sustained moderate damage, with no airbag deployment, and were removed from the scene. The investigation resulted in Leake being cited for Unsafe Backing.
