Warrant Arrest
At 1:12 PM, Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th St. (Green County Jail), in the City of Monroe, after Cindi L. Carrion, 38, of Monroe, had turned herself in for an active arrest warrant through Probation & Parole. Carrion was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
Warrant Arrest
At 1:13 PM, Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th St. (Green County Jail), in the City of Monroe, after Kane J. Kelsey, 42, of Stevens point, turned herself in for an active arrest warrant through Probation & Parole. Kelsey was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
