The following incidents occurred on Tuesday, July 1st, 2025:

OWI:
At approximately 3:28 AM, Deputies responded to the N7100 block of CTH CC, Town of Mt Pleasant, for a report of a single vehicle accident.
Investigations revealed that a vehicle operated by Heather M Simler, 36, of Freeport, was southbound on County Highway CC when her vehicle entered the South ditch and struck a grain bin. Simler reported being injured, reported wearing her seatbelt, and the airbags deployed within her vehicle.
Simler’s vehicle sustained disabling damage as a result of the crash. Subsequently, Simler was arrested for OWI- 1st offense and cited for inattentive driving. Simler was released to a responsible party pending court.
PROBATION/PAROLE VIOLATION:
At approximately 10:50 AM, Deputies responded to the Green County Probation and Parole Office and arrested Haliegh J Falsey, 29, of Argyle, for a probation violation.
Falsey was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
