The following events occurred on May 16, 2025:
All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

MVC - Property Damage:
At 7:51 AM, MNPD along with deputies responded to the N3000 block of STH 69, in the Town of Monroe for a two vehicle crash. A vehicle operated by Baileigh M Jelle,16, Monroe was southbound on STH 69 when she attempted to merge into the right lane. Baileigh did not look before merging. Baileigh sideswiped another southbound vehicle operated by Grayce E Clark,19, Monroe. Both drivers were not injured, they were wearing seatbelts, and there was no airbag deployment. Both vehicles sustained minor
damage and were driven from the scene.
Probation/Parole Arrest:
At 2:00 PM, deputies responded to the Probation & Parole Office, 2841 6th St, Monroe, to take custody of Dylan T. Severson, 32, Juda. Severson was transported to the Green County Jail, and turned over to jail staff.
Probation/Parole Arrest:
At 2:28 PM, deputies responded to the Probation & Parole Office, 2841 6th St, Monroe, to take custody of Ronnieann A. Devalk, 19, Juda. Devalk was transported to the Green County Jail, and turned over to jail staff.
