The following events occurred on January 24, 2025:

All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

MVC - Personal Injury:

At 8:29 AM, Deputies responded to the W9400 block of White Oak Road, in the Town of Adams, for a two-vehicle crash. Harlan A. Flannery, 65 of Argyle, was traveling eastbound when he reportedly could not see out his windshield. Flannery's vehicle then collided with a westbound vehicle operated by Cheryl L. Vonarx, 62 of Argyle. 

Flannery reported wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured.  There was no airbag deployment. Flannery's vehicle sustained functional damage and was driven from the scene. Vonarx reported wearing her seatbelt but sustained minor injuries.  There was no airbag deployment. Vonarx's vehicle sustained functional damage and was driven from the scene.

Probation Violation/Arrest:

At 10:07 AM, Deputies responded to the Probation & Parole office, 2841 6th St, to take custody of Adrian M. Heydn, 32, of Brodhead, for a violation.  Haydn was transported to the Green County Jail and was turned over to the jail staff.
