The following incidents occurred on Wednesday, May 25th, 2022:
Motor Vehicle Accident- Property Damage:
At approximately 10:28 AM, Deputies responded to the N8900 block of County Highway J, Town of York, for a one vehicle accident.
The driver, Gordon A Durand, 71, of Verona, was southbound on County Highway J when he lost control of his vehicle while negotiating a curve in the roadway. Durand’s vehicle entered the East ditch where it rolled. Durand reported no injuries and advised wearing his seatbelt.
Durand was cited for failure to keep vehicle under control and released with a court date.
