The following incidents occurred on Saturday, January 29th, 2022:
OWI:
At approximately 9:31 PM, Deputies responded to the intersection of State Highway 11 and Balls Mill Rd, Town of Sylvester, for a report of a vehicle in the ditch.
Subsequent investigations resulted in the driver, Luis Fernando Monzon Aceituno, 27, of Janesville, being arrested for OWI-1st (alcohol). Monzon Aceituno was further cited for operating without a valid license 3+ within 3 years and failure to keep vehicle under control. Monzon Aceituno was released to a responsible party pending court.
Monzon Aceituno’s vehicle was towed from the scene.
