The following incident occurred on Thursday, January 07, 2022:
OWI Arrest –
At approximately 6:29 PM, Deputies responded to the W4100 block of County Highway C, Town of Jefferson, for a report of a vehicle in the ditch.
Investigation determined that the operator, David K. Indergand, 47 of Monticello, was traveling west on County Highway C when he failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway. David’s vehicle became stuck in the ditch. David was not injured, was wearing his seatbelt and there was no airbag deployment. The truck did not sustain any damage.
David was subsequently arrested for Operating While Under the Influence of Alcohol, second 1st Offense. David was transported to the Green County Jail where he was released to a responsible party with a future court date.
