The following incident occurred on Monday, February 13, 2023:
Traffic Stop/Possession of THC –
At approximately 10:52 PM, Deputies stopped and cited David Wills, 16, for speed, 82 MPH in a posted 55 MPH zone, and for Operating Without Proof of Insurance in the W7800 block of STH 11, Town of Cadiz. Subsequently, the passenger, Antron D. Evans Jr., 18 of South Wayne, was cited for Possession of THC - Less Than 25 Grams. Both subjects were released with future court dates.
