The following events occurred on August 15th, 2021:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Motor Vehicle Crash – Property Damage:
At approximately 3:49 PM, Deputies, along with Monroe Pd, responded to the N1900 blk State HWY 69, Town of Clarno, for a reported single vehicle crash.
Investigation revealed that a vehicle, operated by Mitchell A Murray, 17, New Glarus, was eastbound on Franklin Rd., when he failed to stop at the intersection of State HWY 69. Murray crossed the roadway and entered the east ditch, striking the embankment. Murray and passenger reported not being injured and wearing their seatbelts. The vehicle sustained severe damage with airbag deployment and was towed from the scene. Murray was cited for failure to maintain control and released pending court.
Criminal Arrest:
At approximately 5:59 PM, Deputies, along with Monroe PD, arrested Randall S Zuber, 43, South Wayne, for a probation violation at 2827 6th St., Green County Sheriff’s Office, City of Monroe. Zuber was held at the Green County Jail.
