The following incident occurred on Friday, September 24, 2021:
Motor Vehicle Crash:
At approximately 9:51 p.m., Deputies responded to the west intersection of CTH M and CTH B in the Town of Cadiz for a report of a single vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that Seth D. Koch, 17, Browntown, WI, was traveling southbound CTH M approaching the intersection with CTH B. Koch’s vehicle continued through the intersection and entered the south ditch of CTH B. Koch’s vehicle struck an embankment and came to a rest.
Koch reported minor injuries and that he was wearing his seatbelt. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and the airbags deployed. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Koch was cited for Inattentive Driving.
