OWI
At 11:13 PM, Deputies located a vehicle crash in the 1900 block of STH 69, City of Monroe. Investigation resulted in Donald J. Von Arx, 27, of Argyle being placed under arrest for OWI 2nd offense and cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC >25g. Von Arx was released pending court.
