The following incidents occurred on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026:

OWI:
At 4:18 AM, Deputies performed a traffic stop on a vehicle for following too closely and unreasonable and imprudent speed in the N4400 block of State Highway 69, Town of Monroe.
As a result of the traffic stop Dylan Magadan, 23, of Willowbrook (IL) was arrested for operating while under the influence. Magadan was further cited for following too closely, unreasonable and imprudent speed, and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration.
Magadan was released to a responsible party pending court.
