Operating While under the Influence
At 10:10 PM, Deputies responded to the W9300 block of STH 81, in the Town of Adams, for a reported vehicle in the ditch. The investigation resulted in the driver, Jose Alberto Paulino Ortiz, 31, of Darlington, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence. Paulino Ortiz was additionally cited for Operating without a Valid Driver’s License and Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration. Paulino Ortiz was later released to a responsible person pending court.
