Operating While under the Influence
At 4:06 AM, Deputies conducted a welfare check on a vehicle in the ditch in the W8900 block of STH 11, in the Town of Cadiz. The investigation resulted in the driver, Juan R. Sequeira Fernandez, 24, of Shullsburg, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence, Failure to Install an Ignition Interlock Device, and an active warrant for his arrest. Sequeira Fernandez was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
