Motor Vehicle Crash – Personal Injury

At 8:31 AM, Deputies responded to the W9100 block of STH 81, in the Town of Jordan, for a one vehicle crash.  The investigation found that a vehicle driven by Cody J. Langmeier, 33, of Argyle, was traveling westbound on STH 81 negotiating a curve when the vehicle lost traction and he lost control of it.  The vehicle then traveled down an embankment, struck a power pole, and then a tree before coming to a rest.  Langmeier advised he was wearing his seatbelt and sustained minor injury.  The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. 

Probation/Parole Violation

At 1:04 PM, Deputies responded to the Green County Probation and Parole Office, where Curtis E. Paffel, 71, was placed under arrest for a warrant through the Department of Corrections.  Paffel was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
