The following events occurred on August 30, 2025:

All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Drug/Narcotic Violation: 

At 2:38 AM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the N7400 block of STH 69, in the Town of New Glarus.   The investigation resulted in the driver, Emily M. Crosby, 24, of Freeport, being cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and warned for Speeding.  Crosby was later released pending court. 

Operate While under the Influence:

At 7:07 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the W1700 block of STH 11, in the Town of Spring Grove.   The investigation resulted in the driver, Jesus H. Tejada Hernandez, 46, of Dakota, IL being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence.  Tejada Hernandez was additionally cited for Speeding.  Tejada Hernandez was later released pending court.
