Operating While under the Influence
At 1:40 AM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the N4400 block of STH 69, in the Town of Monroe. The investigation resulted in the driver, Damion A. Forrest, 25, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence. Forrest was additionally cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration and Speeding (30-34 MPH over in 55 MPH Zone). Forrest was later released pending court.
