The following incidents occurred on Saturday, July 26th, 2025:

OWI:
At approximately 11:13 PM, Deputies performed a traffic stop on a vehicle for failing to stop at a flashing red signal at the intersection of 8th St and 3rd St, City of Monroe.
Investigations resulted in the driver, Darwin M. Martinez Padilla, 29, of Monroe, being arrested for Operating While Intoxicated. Martinez Padilla was further cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration, Failure to stop at a flashing red signal, and Operating Without a Valid Driver License.
Padilla was released to a responsible party with a future court date.
