Operating While under the Influence
At 11:48 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the N5900 block of STH 69, in the Town of Mt. Pleasant. The investigation resulted in the driver, Tyquawn M. Turner, 23, of Madison, being placed under arrest for Operating with a Restricted Controlled Substance, Bail Jumping, and a Probation Hold. Turner was additionally cited for Operating After Revocation and Possession of THC. Turner was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
