The following events occurred on June 9, 2025:

All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

"Pursuant to the directive of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicity, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.”

Probation Violation:

At 2:59 PM, Deputies responded to the WI Department of Corrections at 2841 6th St, City of Monroe. Joshua H.W. Broge, 38, Monroe, arrested for a probation violation and incarcerated at the Green County Jail.

MVC - Property Damage:

At 7:54 PM, Deputies and Monroe PD responded to the Argyle Interchange, STH 81 north/STH 11/STH 69 south, Town of Monroe, for a two vehicle crash with no injuries.  Daniel McGinnis, 38, Mequon, WI, was stopped at the stop sign at the end of the exit from westbound STH 11.  Tysen M Folgate, 17, Browntown, was northbound on STH 81.  McGinnis proceeded into the intersection and collided with Folgate’s vehicle.  

Both drivers reported wearing their seatbelts and were uninjured.  McGinnis’ vehicle sustained disabling front end damage and full airbag deployment.  Folgate’s vehicle sustained disabling passenger side damage with no airbag deployment.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

McGinnis was cited for Failure to Yield the Right of Way from a Stop Sign, and was released with a court date.
