The following events occurred on May 31, 2025:

All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

MVC - Property Damage:

At 10:41 AM, Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash with no injuries reported in the N4200 block of Park Rd, Town of Decatur.  Brynn E Riesterer, 17, Brodhead, was turning north onto Park Rd from Oak Hill Cir, when she attempted to retrieve something that fell on the floorboard, and turned wide, exiting the roadway, striking a speed limit sign.  Riesterer and her passenger both reported wearing their seatbelts and were uninjured.  There was no airbag deployment. The vehicle sustained functional damage and was driven from the scene.

Domestic Abuse:

At 10:56 AM Deputies were called to a disturbance at a home in the W5900 block of Pioneer Rd, Town of New Glarus.  Richard A Dittberner, 45, New Glarus, was arrested for Domestic Disorderly Conduct.  He posted bond and was released pending a court date.
