The following incidents occurred on Saturday, April 5th, 2025:

DRUG/NARC VIOLATION:
At approximately 6:02 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the N5000 block of State Highway 59, Town of Albany, for a speeding violation.
Investigations resulted in the driver, Mason R Moon, 27, of Oregon being cited for possession of illegal drug paraphernalia. Moon was released with a court date.
DOMESTIC PROBLEM:
At approximately 1:40 AM, Deputies responded to the 100 block of Urban Rd, Village of Monticello, for a report of a disturbance.
Investigations resulted in Ryan D Slack, 36, of Monticello, being arrested for disorderly conduct and battery both domestic related.
Slack was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
